Titanic Hotel, Liverpool

Located in Stanley Dock within the Liverpool World Heritage Site, the project involved the transformation of the North (grade II* listed) and Rum Warehouses into the 150 bed Titanic hotel, spa and conference centre.

Employer’s Agent under DB11, Certifying Officer & PM under the Development Agreement. Contract documentation/warranties/letters of appointment between client/contractor, subcontractors & design team, liaison with legal team; predictive cost reports & regular liaison with funders; analysis for tax incentive scheme; coordinating assembly of completion docs. Building reinstatement assessment for insurance.
