The Premier Inn, in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter is a 122 bed hotel (shell only) with basement car parking.
The challenge for this project was to set a realistic cost target in advance of design and to control costs throughout the D&B process. Liaison with operator to establish requirements. Early VE improved design and cost efficiency and our tender documentation for cost significant work-packages improved competition and helped to avoid disputes. Regular predictive cost reports.
