About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Derry team. You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including:

  • Acting as Quantity Surveyor on healthcare, residential, and education projects.
  • Providing Bank Monitoring services on commercial and residential schemes.
  • Leading cost and programme control across projects valued in excess of €100m nationwide.

This is a hands-on role, with real client exposure, career growth, and the opportunity to make your mark in a progressive and supportive environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics.
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience within a consultancy, developer or client-side role.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a sharp commercial focus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset – someone who thrives on responsibility and growth.
