We provided a cost plan to guide the design – everything from services plant and kitchen equipment to room fit-out, regular cost checks to control cost during design development, an SMM7 BoQ & careful monitoring to control cost during construction; predictive cost reports. Contract documentation/warranties/letters of appointment between client/contractor, subcontractors & design team programming, chairing design & site meetings; predictive cost reports; coordinating assembly of completion documentation.
