1000 seat auditorium and theatre complex on a confined site adjacent to the historic city walls and within a conservation area at the heart of the city of Derry.

The development includes an auditorium, exhibition area, a public piazza, retail outlets and ancillary theatre spaces. The theatre also comprised of full cinema facilities.

Challenges for this project were: delivering the project within the limited budget. We provided a cost plan to guide the design, regular cost checks to control cost during design development. We devised cost reporting formats to meet strict audit requirements of the multi-agency private and public sector funders. EU compliant two-stage competitive tendering.
